One of my relative purchased a property after taking a bank loan and entered into a sale agreement with the developer and in the said agreement his and his wife's name were given jointly. My relative died suddenly. What is the procedure to get the property regd. in his wife's name only?

You may inform the developer about the death and seek registration of property in the name of surviving applicant.
