Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
For reopening of my closed consumer case, the staff are advising me to submit an affidavit validated by a notary. What kind of an affidavit is this? What will be the stamp paper? can we use the validation of an out of state notary and request for re-opening by post?

On a 50 Rupees stamp paper you have to submit the information regarding your case and the reason why to re-open the case, along with an application in which you have to pray for the same.
