Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

Please consider my request on prior basis for

Cancellation of my booking & return my booking amount of Rs. 1,84,450.00 (Rupees One Lakh

Eighty Four Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Only).

(Ref.: Receipt No. 127, dated 16.04.2011, through cheque no. 034894 & 034895, dated 02.04.2011

& 08.04.2011, drawn on Corporation Bank, Sector-18, Noida).

Due to see the stage of non any single movement on land in noida extension, i want to cancel the flat booking.

Commitments failed by your side, I decide to cancel my booking of flat & return my booking

amount of Rs. 1,84,450.00 as soon as possible.

But they release me the amount after deduction of rs. 40000/- balance amount cheque i received as pdc of 2 and half month, and now cheque is bounce, i m from middle class family and only single person for earning the money, ist i m shocked when they deduct my 40000 amount against cancellation, but still cheque is bounce, 45-50 times i had visited their office, but all the staffs always misguide me and now no one is responding. pls show me the way, i need the amount urgently.
