Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
i am residing in a registered cooperative housing society at Mumbai.
I want to know can society charge double amount of parking charges
for second car.? For one car they charge rs.100/- but recently they started
charging rs.200/- for those who has second car. So for two cars they charge rs.300/-
Is this allowed as per society bylaws??? even if commitee has approved? do comimitee
have got this power ??

committee has got powers to make bye laws which are approved by the registrar. so, in case, your bye laws of the society provide like that, they can charge or else you write to the Registrar, Societies.
