Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Respected sir we participate apsrtc online tenders on date 01-03-2011 we select for apsrtc online oprs agent at raichur nr busstand point . till this day that officers not give appointment leter . we ask the above they dont give any reply by writing and they said orally and they appoint another agent at raichur other place .please give guidence for got appointment letter and way to stop the another counter.
