return of adventure country resort share amount
I have invested Rs 20000/ for purchase of above mentioned sharees in 1999. but unfortunately I have not yet received the amount . On enquiry I came to know that the said company is sunk

You may file suit for recovery and can get recovered from the assets of company.If any case of winding up proceeding is pending then you can file your claim with Receiver.
