Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I am running a travel ageny in delhi and i have issued some cheques to the agents from i used to get my tickets issued as i am not an iata agent.my cheques have got bounched as there was no money in my account and now thay have filed case against me.I want to pay them all but as not now as i don't have money now.what is the solution for that.

Speak to the travel agent to whom you had given the cheques.
once you receive the summons from the court, you may have to seek bail and after you secure the bail, the trial would start. in case you intend to pay, you may offer the payment during the proceedings and judge may accept your request and close the matter.
An amicable out of court settlement may be the only solution. Or else, you may have to file for insolvency.
