Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

after sales service

I purchased yamaha bike but I mot satisfied from yamaha after sales service.I visited 3 times yamaha service station for same problem(engine noise)but they failed to rectify my problem.When I was asking about in this regard (engine noise) then service guy was arguingn me in loud noise.Is good behaviour and good communication skill is in also in after sales service?Due to bad after sales service and bad communication skill of service guy.I want to take some legal action in this regard.MY case is strong or weak? I have one strong proof voice recording of service guy.(during misbehaved me)

The standard of 'good behaviour and good communication skill' may vary; you may not able to impose your own standards.

You may hardly get any relief in a court of law against the service guy or the company.

The litigation will be very costly and time consuming; you may deserve a better peace of mind and save your precious money by avoiding litigation.
