Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I am Sanjay , Student of Ph.D , in a Private University , get admission on 2011 -2013 batch . I have paid full and final fee�s to the university bank account by DD. Now at the time of final Degree provide on JUNE 2013 . I came to know that university not given any degree of Ph.D.
I have received document from university , my IDENITITY CARD , other approval letter of Thesis.
Now university not migrate my admission to other university or not refund the fee with compensation .
My question is university is situated to other state and I am living at other state .
1) Can I put a case of fraud on university at my home town.
2) What type of other case put on the university .
