About SBI Cards Charge me Late Fee

I taken Insurance on Sbi Credit

Card of Rs. 1 Lac. & premium is 30

Rs. per month. They told me that

their is no timeframe to pay these

premiums & no late payment

charges will be taken on this.But

they charge me 1100 rs. for 120 rs.

premium. I called them after this

but they ignored me & tell me that

the charges not been reverse & u

have to pay.After that I swapped

their card for 40000 rs.

So can i go in Consumer Court for

this & can i default their

money(40000)for my 1100 extra

charges & mentally harassment???

You may approach the consumer court if you are confident that you may establish 'deficiency of service' by the service provider.
