Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I am seeking legal justice in consumer court against LIC Housing Finance Ltd.with OPPOSITE Party as 1. Area ofiice 2.Corporate office 3.Regional office of LICHFL.
Earlier I had complaint to National Housing Bank with valied documentary Evidence several times .But till date as a regulating body for Housing finance companies, NHB has not taken any action against LICHFL for violating section 12 of SARFAESI Act 2002 and for violating NHB Act 1987 and Fair practice code.
I want to seek legal justice against NHB also.
Is it possible to make NHB as 4th opposite party in consumer court or i will have to go in other civil court?
