Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Hi, I want to sell my flat which I brought 3 yrs back in Navi Mumbai. Builder is asking for NOC amount (1 Lakh). Please let me know if this is legal. If not than please suggest me the action agianst builder.
Please help.

It is not lawful. Issue notice to him and file a consumer case.
