Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I want to know whether selling or promoting insurance policies through Multi Level Marketing (MLM) is allowed as per IRDA guidelines. If yes, what are the legal formalities to be adopted? If not then how are companies like Amway, TLC, RMP, etc. carrying such kind of operations?

To get a legal opinion, explain the actual insurance product and method by which Amway, TLC, RMP are selling such insurance products.
