Hi,
Under a breach of contract the aggrieved party can send a legal notice demanding the defaulter to pay damages or do something which would place the aggrieved in the same place where he would have been had there been no breach.
You must consult a lawyer get the notice drafted after considering the conditions stipulated in the contract. If the defaulter does not respond to the notice then you may approach the court for claiming damages and other reliefs.
