separate Electric Service Lane for residential purposes

We have ancestral Property in Nagpur having 3 joint shares. All electric meters are installed in the area which is occupied by one of the co-owner having quarrelsome behavior. He always do malpractices with the meter and if thing goes worsen, he manage the things by hook and crook. He also made barrier and I am unable to switch off Main meter in case of any casuality. He has also overloaded the power resulted fluctuation in supply of electricity in my house. Myself want to shift the Electric Meter in my residece from our co-owners place. Will MSEB allow me to shift the meter with new service line. I am ready to bear the requisite chargse for shifting with new service line.
