Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
A shopkeeper in India tried selling me a commodity above MRP. When I asked him to sell it not above MRP, he refused selling me the commodity. Does a shop keeper have the right to refuse a sale? If yes, as a customer, how does law support me as a customer in this situation?

You may make a written complaint to the authorities; or else file a complaint before the Consumer Forum of your District.
