Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
sir i have bought a new nokia 5800 on 15 oct 2009 but then after some days i have noticed a gap in its case near power button nokia care centre peoples are saying this fault
in common and not listening to me also there is so many peoples on internet saying same problem they have so please tell me can i go in consumer court and does i have chanes that i can win this claim
