Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Hi sir i am buyer of land i sign a contract with seller purchasing a land 4 marla @4000 per sq. Yards in haryana ,raipurrani and deposit rs 50000 and the registration of time is 2 month after one month i know registration of small plots are not done tehsildar.i am not willing to buy land i want my money back commited time already expire before 4 month can it is possible to get money back

As you have stated that, small piece of land are not registered, hence the sale purchase would be against the law, hence you can ask for cancellation of contract on this ground, and seek refund of money paid.
