Execution is filed by the one who holds a decree/order which is to be executed. Under Civil Procedure Code, no notice is required to be issued to debtor if execution is filed within 2 years of date of decree/order which is to be executed. However, under consumer law, notice to debtor is always issued when one files execution. Accordingly, subject to disposal of objections - if any, the court may issue warrants of attachment.
