Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

sir, i ordered french medium book from online store,but,they sent me english version.after complaning,they told me that they will send me right book as soon as after picking up old book from me.after repeated request and three months, they told me that pick up is not feasible from my location.further,they told me to send that book to their address and after receiving book and after checking condition, they will send me new book.as i could not do it because senbing that book costing me morethan cost of book.then i kept that book in a friend' s bangalore house where they can pick up the book as earlier told by them.now, they are not accepting it.what i can do. i am staying in remote area where i dont have acess to consumer courts and i can not go frequently to bangalore, where their office locateqd.after repeated requests, yhey are not listening.please,help me
