Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Hello Sir,
I booked a flat in Thane and gave him advance. At the time of booking agreement copy was not available Recenlty I got draft copy of my agreement. Shocked to see lot of erroneous clasues, which the builder is not ready to change. However I have not signed this agreement. How can I retrieve the my paymnet paid to the builder. I have all the receipts given by the builder. Is there any law which can help to retrieve my money in case the builder refuses to give all the money which is due. Kindly advice.
