Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

sir,

i went to one famous saloon and they did branded company's hair color on my hair..next day i wash my hair and there is lots of black color goen from my hair...also my hair becomes very rough..and i am suffering from the hair loss as well..they told me that after hair color my hair becomes very silky and shiny..but now i feel end of my life.

i hv talk to them but they were laughing on me and told me that they cant do anything for me.and told me that might be my hair has some inner problem.

i know that i become fool coz they didnt give me bill ..but i vl try to collect it tomorow.

1) what is the remedy to punish them and get compensation .and realize them that they cnt cheat people by taking huge money from them .

how embarrassing to face that situation when we are helpless and they making fun on me..why india has no any fast legal procedure to punish this kind of nuisance so they have some fear to stop cheating people.

2) what should i do if they deny to give me bill.?

please help me.. give me both answer
