Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
sir,I have not paid the reliance data card bill for two months as the company people did not heed my requests to change the plan to prepaid or cancel the connection.They have filed a case against me in delhi court case no.609/12 for not paying the bill.please suggest me further proceedings that i can resort to.I dont have complaint numbers or any proof about my requests.I am afraid that the company people may remove those complaints and requests by me

Was your request in writing or verbal ? What is the total amount of money you owe the company ? I dont think the company could have filed a case against you . Please verify and clarify my queries.
