Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

Hello Sir,

i had a personal loan of ICICI bank for 2lac 6-7 yrs back. I paid around 50k and my job changed. I was having financial crunch and couldnt pay it! I did not receive any form of communications from the bank all these years until 2 days ago. they are calling my family members and in-laws and threatening us. They are also saying that they have court order for arrest warrant. Also threatened that will take away my passport and visa. My mother is a single parent and we have been in bad financial shape. Whatever i earned i supported my siblings tuition fees and my mother works in a private school. She spent her savings in getting me married and now doesnt have a dime...even i dont work after marriage and they are threatening all of us. Somehow we managed to arrange 50k by borrowing from others and my mother sold her jewellery which she wore.. Pls help me as what to do...they are constantly threatening and harassing us. Pls advice ...

The limitation to recover the amount is 3 year from the cause of action . When did you pay 50K ? If they trouble you ,contact me .
