Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
our society is charging monthly charges on the basis of super built up area as given by builder and developer. water, electricity, service and maintainance charges are different for each flat. each flat has different loading % between built up and super built up area, ranging from 30 to 40 % of carpet area. on which area basis society charges are calculated? what is the solution for such unequality and overchaging by society ?
