Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

society member harassment

This is to inform you about the entire cycle of misery and suffering that we have been going through as new flat purchasers of Sainath Extension Bldg Dongre Park. For no mistake of ours we have been made scapegoats for the conflict between previous and the new committee members. Everything was sanctioned by the then committee members and was the confirming party at the time of registration. The new committee members have managed to stop the OC for our bldg by falsely convincing the 134 members of the society ,promising that each of these 134 would get a certain amount for Sainath bldg from the builder. They have gone to extent of manipulating signatures of all members in the document send to the BMC. Most of the 134 members are not even aware about this illegal moves by the new committee members. The new committee members are demanding money orally for the possession of the flats from the builder He has agreed to give certain amount on the basis that the possession should not be delayed. The builder and architect has tried to contact and convince the new members a number of times, but no concrete decision has been reached. Please assist us in eradicating the uncertainty in this matter. We have invested our hard earned money.

Re: society member harassment

Your query is vague. It has not been specified as to what is OC and what was sanctioned. It is also not clear whether it is a society or association of apartment holder. Unless a precise query with relevant details is made, it is difficult to reply.

The background facts are vague in nature and the same is not clear. Kindly clarify as to the nature of the Society , whether it is registered under what act, the history of the problem and the incidental and ancilarry facts and the relief you seek.
