Society Registration
Can society be registered by builder without occupancy certificate? if yes, will it be a valid, authentic and legal one? can managing committee of such society, give NOC to members if their banks ask for it in specified format for Loan purpose?

society registration has nothing to do with occupancey certficate.

The registration of a society may not be dependent upon occupancy certificate.
However, you may better seek opinion from a lawyer who may be well versed with the local laws of the concerned area.
