10 people purchased land & they have given it to the builder for construction.what type of flat it is.

They may after getting their shares formed a Co-op Society or register under apartments ownership act.

i think you are confused . After construction of such flats it would be a co-owners flats and proportionately owners of the land

Your query is not clear as to what information do you require from us. As of now we understand that you are querying for the ownership of the land and the flats constructed thereon. All 10 people will be the co owners of the property and the flats thereof.This agreement is basically an agreement between a builder and land ownwer in which they have entered according to some specific terms and conditions.T6he builder generally will be reap profits as per the signed agreement.

All the ten will be entitled to their share as per agreement with the builder.
