Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
We have given Tally Accounting trainingto bihar mahadalit student under the partnership of Tally India PVT. LTD. The project was taken from Bihar Maha Dalit Vikash Nission, Govt. of Bihar by Tally India PVT. LTD.
After finishing the training Tally India is not making me my payment whereas he has taken all the payment from Bihar Mahadalit Vikash Mission @ 18,800/. We have given 30 Madhadalit students. In which he has promised to pay me 8500/- per candidate. Plz suggest me. Is any provision to fight against in less expens.
