Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
my uncle had taken a housing loan from a nationalised bank in 1993 and constructed a house in hyderabad. He died of cancer in 2004, and the loan remained unpaid. Since his children were young bank has given time to repay after the child starts earing. The child srarted workig and repaid the loan in 2011 March, now the bank is saying that my aunt should produce death certificate,as my late uncle's mother may claim the papers in future.
My grandmother expired i 1986, but that time death certificate was not collected, and now it's impossible to obtain the same.
What's the way out, how to get the house documents from the bank.

If death not registered, get no entry certificate from local body, apply before court for Death Certificate under the relevant act
