Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
My understanding of Law is that photocopies of alleged documents, if not authenticated with the original, can not be relied upon in any court proceeding; let alone a consumer forum. when complainant discusses the alleged photocopy of a fabricated and forged document, how any court can ignore the same and validate such a photocopy. At the same time, the court refuses to issue a certified copy of the alleged photocopy. Is this Law in our Country, then God save the justice seekers.
