unique
Every ones signature and handwriting is unique as well as our phisycal make up but a man is denying his signature on cheque which were signed in my presence. check amount is 500009(dues).Is this possible to lodge FIR for denying signature?

The offence is non-payment and not denial of signatures on the cheque. If the cheque has not been honoured, you may pursue your remedy under N.I.Act as also civil law for recovery of the cheque amount.

Non acceptance of signature, by itself, will not amount to any offence. Howevever, you can consider taking action of cheating against the said person alongwith action under the negotiable instruments act.
