Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

Thanks for ur reply Mr. Rajiv Gupta, But let me know the way which i have to take, bcoz the response which i got from Builders side, shows that they are not think single time for my refund, i had visited maximum to maximum times, but still i have dnt get single penny, instead all of that i had paid thousand rupees for petrol & parking expenses & most important is the time, for single visit to builders office i have to spend 3-4 hours.

pls show me the way, so that i can get the my whole amount with the expenses which i had paid.

through google.com i had search the way & got lots of cases where cheque bounced cases is lying in noida court and court had issue the warrant against the builders, but police dnt response.

so pls give me the right way where i have to put the case or which is exact step i have to choose.

in case you can talk to other sufferers like you, you may get together and file a consumer complaint before the consumer forum. where is the property situate? in case the builder has an office in Delhi, the complaint can be filed here as well.
