Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I am working in a private company for past two months. They have not paid salary for even one month til now. Hw can i take legal actions against them. They gave cheque for 7 days in last month but it was bounced due to insufficient fund. I am ready to resign the job. Hw can i take legal actions against them and in what are al sections i can file a case.

Though you have civil remedy available, but instead you should first file a criminal complaint against the company and its directors for the criminal breach of trust. Secondly, present the cheque again and after dishonor, initiate proceedings u/s138 of Negotiable Instrument Act,1881.
