Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
i was working in a software company in srinagar for past 8 months, my boss gave me no document as it was a small company... i dont have any document to prove that i worked there... but a lot of my collegeus can affirm it... my boss din pay me my 2 months salary and also din pay me my 50 % security deposit.
Can i sue him on this

Surely you can sue the company,perhaps you are in a compelling situation. But Prior
to sue the company you may send a lawyers notice to the firm,in every way you can
establish your right, but on the other hand you may lose the job,since they have not
given you any appointment ,unless you are inevitable to the company, you may not keep
yourself in the safe side.
However,you make every thing in right direction,else you shall be subject of injustice
all the way long.
