Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Please Help
Hi, y name is Ramesh Chandra--name removed-- I'm a CITI BANK credit card user. I was paying the
dues on time since last one and half year except only last month when I'd some financial
problem and I couldn't make one payment. I started getting the phone calls thrice a day.
I immidiately droped a cheque for total minimum amount due into their drom box in sec 4
noida. But unfortunatily that cheque was bounced because of signature mis-matched.
The moment I got teh msg I ade the payment of the same amount on line. Then I received
a Notice sent by them to pay the same amount. I called customer service to enquire about
it and got to know that they have blocked my card and wanted me to make the payment of the
whole amount immidiately. I can't afford to pay the whole amount in one go at any cost.
Now they've started giving me mental torture. Plz help
