Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Hardly a three year old building constructed by a builder is fully seeping, what can i do

You have to issue legal notice to the builder to set right the defects and pay you compensation for mental agony and an undertaking that there will be no recurrence of the seeping.

Send legal notice and then approach consumer court.
