Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

i have 2 credit cards worth rupes 50000/- indian currency from the bank od dubai 5000 dirhams ,

i have left from there and come back to india.....is that any problem in india with Dubai banks to me

they can have a law suit on you either in India or in Dubai. In case it is in India, you will have to honor the judgement and in case it is in dubai, court will hear ex parte and there will be pending judgement on you. While being on tour to Dubai, you may be caught.

Why dont you settle the same and live in fear for all years to come?
