Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I had 2 credit cards for more than 8 years paying regularly. Now the situation is pretty bad that I couldn't continue paying...for past 8 months. I was levied with lot of charges which was not rectified...when I asked for statement of accounts to understand my total usage and payments made they are not giving...they told me in the initial stage that all my purchases will be interest free for the 1st 52 days and if not paid in full then they will charge interest. I came to know if I have utilised revolving credit then this will not be applicable and I will pay interest for the total outstanding...My question is what will be there action

they will come after you for recovery and at the same time afftecting your credit history for non payment
