Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I am 35 year old person living in bombay are in the process of changing my name as per legal formality. I just want to know whether i would be able to get my graduation certificate from bombay university in my new names and what is the formality to be completed .

Usually name change is effected after due notifications and graduate degrees received before such name change effects are in old names only.

You can apply with proof of name change to the University and ask them to issue a fresh degree certificate in your new name.
