Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

If my Advocate signed on a wrong document in the court and i changed my Advocate.why should i suffer for the negligency of my advocate.Can i object this in the court.Please give me some citation on this. Thanx.

If you have changed the Advocate, it is for the new advocate to persue your remedy including filing appropriate application about the wrong document you mentioned or taking action for negligence against your previous advocate.
