Hello All,
If I do a settlement on Personal Loans, will my credit score become high in CIBIL? The Bank asks me for payment of the whole principal amount.

there is nothing called scoring high in CIBIL. its just that you would not be considered a defaulting party and your credentials would not be reflected in CIBIL rating.
