Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I have taken few amount from a person to furnish a job. I have got the authorization for that and validated up to 31st march, 2012. In between he also issued too many authorizations in different names and that's the reason, some disturbance happened and I couldn't completed the mentioned job. Now the person is seriously threatening and emotionally pressuring me over phone/email. What should I do?
