My name had appered in CIBIL Defaulter List

I have applied for Housing Loan, but my banker says that My name had appered in Defaulter's list for transaction for 1.44 lacs as WRITE OFF, kindly help, where I have not taken any loan thru CC

Write to the higher officials about your complaint and if its not solved then appeal before banking Ombudsman,details as:www.rbi.org
