can bank attach property of guarantor which is gifted to minor blood relative immovable property 17 years before for which there is no registered gift deed.

if guarantor has signed the guarantee bond and has included the present property in the list of his properties, bank may attach it. However, the bank first to exercise all his remedy against the principal borrower before touching guarantor.
