Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

What if the bank has given money to the builder without properly evaluavating the value of the land and property,the person who has taken the loan is not able to repay the loan and bank has sent the notice,can the person file a case asking how they gave the loan without proper consideration...???

once you took the loan for undervalued property, you may be liable to repay the loan too.
