Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

On behalf of my employer, I have lodged the FIR against a person who did fraud with company by availing loan on forged papers now matter reached at State level under Union of India.

My Evidence to be done. Now pl tell how can i replace my name from the matter as i have done on behalf of company.

any person can replace you by passing one Board resolution. SInce the FIR was filed on behalf of co, there is no need that you (personally) should attend.
