Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Lets say i have borrowed 2 lacs 75 thoused from a so called friend and have been paying 10;000 rupees as interest fro past 4 years but the money is not getting any better now i have no job my son is studying no source of income, how can i get rid of this or make a fix minimal payment , what actions shuld i take as she has been threating me again n again and extracting money from me as per her iwshes becuase of which i have got many other debts on me.. Please help

if you have any agreement then check and calculate as per agreement.

if there is no agreement then pay his principal amount and say good bye to him but do take receipt of all the payments.

you can have protection from police and police have given numbers on its website if some one threatens for recovery of money.
