Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

If borrower is not traceable, but he has a house which address is also available. In that case, Is guarantor liable to pay loan back.

It is an option available for the lender to file a case for recovery against either the borrower or the guarantor or both.

unless the loan amount is satisfied, the borrower's house and guarantor s assets can be attached.
