bounced cheque

i applied for membership of a club, the cost for which was to be paid in three instalments.due to an error the third cheque bounced.before the club informed me about it i gave them another cheque.now thwy say that my membership is rejected and i have forfeited money already paid

Incomplete facts.Documents like membership conditions are required to be seen so as to give advise in the matter.

you need to file a civil suit for specific performance. you may file a complaint also. you may file a recovery suit also....
